CWF - Christian Women's fellowship

All women of the church are invited to our monthly meetings.  The meetings are from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm on the 4th Wednesday of the month.  

We meet and go over the events we have planned and are working on.  Then we share a lesson and of course end with refreshments and lots of fellowship.

We hope you decide to join us!

Unto thee, oh God, we give our thanks

And lift our hearts in prayer.

May thy presence be with us and thy love

Surround us as we work together in the

Christian Women's Fellowship.

Open our eyes to the needs of the world and

Fill our hearts with concern for all people.

Guide us that we may truly serve thee.

Through Jesus Christ, our Lord.  Amen.

God be merciful unto us, and bless us;

And cause his face to shine upon us;

That thy way may be known upon earth,

Thy saving health among all nations,

Through Jesus Christ, our Lord.  Amen.

We thank Thee, O God - for a vision to a few.  

To build a church, a haven of rest, and for worship too, 

Not for us, O God - but for Thee.

A vision - then a dream.  A place for all to see.  Two churches purchased land, in a new community.  Not for us - but for Thee.

Then Sunday school was started, in homes numbering four.  Children were taught of God's love and many things more.

Our church services were held in a school, "Grandview".

Rev. Fisher preached and told us God's will we must do.

On Oct. 13th, 1968 at First Church we were told  to be, to sign our Charter members numbering seventy three.

Now this vision and dream has stood the test; with work, prayer and planning, we've done our best, 

Not for us - but for Thee.

We will soon build our church with guidance from above.  On a foundation of faith and brotherly love.  

Not for us, O God - but for Thee.

We thank Thee for each of these acts of Worship and ask thy blessing on this, the building of our church where we may work together to glorify Thee, and we ask in Thy name.  Amen.
